
PMP preparation is a 4.5 day 36 hour course which covers the Project Management Body of Knowledge. Our instructors are all certified PMPs and experienced in a real-world corporate environment. We bring real-world examples into the coursework to augment definitions and provide clarification tailored to your environment. As a result, we have one of the highest first time student pass rates in the industry.
At a higher level we also offer Project Management Overview courses. We can any duration which fits your audience requirements, typically either a 2 or 3 day course. The longer the course, the more time we can dedicate to discussion and skills practice through in-class exercises and student interaction. We can also pair this course with a facilitation session to help your organization begin implementing project management in your environment in an efficient and logical manner. We will help you to create an initial implementation plan and develop some specific tools and procedural frameworks for your application. At your request we can also conduct a one day awareness session for your executives.
Our other concentration areas are Risk Management and Cost Management. Our lead instructor for these course ran a multi-national, multi-divisional Program Management Office with engineers, programmers and statisticians who evaluated product plans and assessed development progress for senior management. Our courses are built upon current state-of-the-art best practices. These are case-study based, team-oriented skills course where your team can learn methodologies to evaluate project alternatives and compare multi project opportunities. Customers frequently pair these courses with a facilitation session to develop their own industry/company specific , repeatable methodologies and evaluation systems with the assistance of our instructors.
